Once you are a client, you will have access to request future service through our online scheduling system and your information is kept active for one year. If you need service in the future and have not used our services in more than a year, we may need to set up a meeting to go over any changes; maybe dietary changes, medication that is new, locks may have changed, or maybe a new pet in the family or for any other changes that we may need to go over in person. We call this a Follow Up visit and is booked at a rate of $45 per follow up. This fee covers your sitters time and reactivates you in our system. Please see Follow Up visit for more information.

Pet Sitting clients are charged 7-10 days prior to the first day of their reservation starts. Pet Sitting visits during major holidays are charged 15-20 days prior to the holiday.
Regular Dog Walking clients are charged bi-monthly for the upcoming two week period.
Dog Walking clients that are not on a regular reoccurring schedule, will be charged for each visit, on a per visit basis.
We use SSL secure server thru a third party for all client information so that is safe and secure at all times. We also have to pass annual security and compliance checks.
